These are the best. They have grommets so they're easy to slide open and close.
My best advice for working nights is to get black out curtains for your bedroom. Amazon has some good affordable ones (I have these in dark grey and they work wonderfully). I always stay up until at least 4am on my nights off, and I used melatonin for the first few months of transitioning. If you're able to work your nights in 3 day blocks, do it. I am not always able to do that, and I survive.
