Oh my, yes. That is borderline overstocked now. But, what's great is that you're over filtered with the 20 and sponge together on the 10. Use Aqadvisor only as a guide just because it doesn't take into account things like what the fish eat, are they constant grazers, do they poop alot, things like that. But, I do worry a little bit about the ammonia. Otos don't tolerate any ammonia or nitrites and really only low nitrates. So, I'm surprised at the ammonia in the tank not causing a problem. I know it's already in your tank. Have you thought of getting one of those ammonia absorbing sponges? I use DeepBlue's Nitrate reducing sponge and it's worth every penny. You cut a piece to size and I put it in all my filters. It cuts down on my worry and w/heavily planted tanks, I don't even have to test for Nitrates anymore, I know that as long as I do a pwc once a week, I'm good (they've all been up running for a long time/although I will run the test now and again anyway).

How long has the tank been running and how long have the fish been in it? If you've managed to have 3 Otos survive for an extended length of time in that tank, I would not mess w/perfection. Otos are notorious for dying in the first couple weeks and they do best in groups of 8+ anyway, which you wouldn't have room for, so don't mess with what's working with them lol! And you don't have room at all for more tetras, sorry. Those Glowlights technically need an 18 gallon tank anyway.

Hope that helps! Those DeepBlue sponges are worth it and last a while the package is a doubled over piece so it's twice the size of what it looks like. Worth it! I've not used the ammonia one, but if it works as well as the Nitrate one, I think it would be just what you'd need!
