I have had this on my WL for ages. I have a bad back and I've heard that a hot water bottle is much better for your back than an electric heating pad.
The best thing that has happened to me lately is that I finished shopping for school supplies for my oldest daughter. I loathe school supply shopping right before school, so I went out and did it this evening and it was so much fun. Just like being a kid again. This sounds weird and very un splurge like, but this hot water bottle is the bomb. Seriously.
If there is any reason that you didn't get it by now, here is your chance. Just think about suffering with cramps or sore muscles and wonder, what could I do to alleviate this horror? Hot water bottle is the answer.
How do i know? I used to have bad cramps when I was younger. I don't anymore, but this seriously helped more than aleve. Also, I had two since I'd get back and lower stomach cramps. Oh, the pleasures of being a girl! (゜´Д｀゜)
