Second on the organizer. I got a little Dewalt organizer with a clear top for things like o-rings, whirlfloc, airlock parts - anything small that I might need to grab on brewday. Much better than rummaging through a small storage container with everything just dumped into it, and I can carry it easily outside with me so I don't need to run in the house every time I need something.
