I can't really give you any sort of advice on how to get one (I only got my first vibe/dildos when I moved out to a dorm), but if you need any recommendations this is a pretty nice starter. Yes it says it's for anal, but really it's just a really small slim dildo, just in case you're worried about size, it hurting, or hiding it.
I admit I don't know if it's legal or not for you to go to a store, but about the embarrassment thing: girl, sex stores are literally like the chillest stores ever.
