Best bet is amazon.de I had no real luck finding them any where other than here. Yes a little pricy for all of them, but better safe than sorry.

Amitryptiline had some positive effects for me, but I ultimately gave up because of the drowsiness. However, I now believe that the positive effects (improved motility/easier poops in my case) were because of the H2-blocking side effect of the medicine. I am now achieving similar effects by taking quercetin bromelain (500 mg capsules, 1-5 times/day). Might be worth a try!
