Just use a solid cotton or microfiber swab (not paper roll!) and put this on and a little bit of water, then clean the keys with it. If they have been sufficiently greasy you just won't believe the difference.

It's simple, really. Our fingers leave grease on the keys even if you didn't eat chips before, because that's simply what they do. And the second one is against protein leftovers, similar to contact lens fluid, which should work just as well now that I think about it.
