Dr. Berg sells yeast tablets which state to take 3 per day. I already have just regular yeast powder that came with a scoop and I just follow the instructions. The yeast powder that I have is from costco I think. So I am not sure how much yeast per day dr berg recommends. The package doesn't say how large the pill is that I could find. I attached the link below. I accidentally just took one of the yeast pills after dinner. Since there's b vitamins, I hope it wont mess up my sleep!
