Unfortunately, you’re not going to find much on this sub for less than $50.00.
You could look at the Magiforce 68 - it’s an excellent starter keyboard.
Drevo is also a good place to start. The Gramr is less than $50.00. The Excalibur is a bit more expensive, but it is also a nicer board.

I have a drevo Excalibur with Gateron blacks (1 month old) 50 shipped. (They are 65 new)
It's not quite a tkl, but it's right between TKL and 60%. :)

it's one of the cheapest full metal boards you can get. Its built like a tank and aside from the sub par switches and rattley stabs its really good value for money. I have done alot of mods to mine to make it a little more special. New switches, modded stabs, new keycaps. But at that price I got it for I am not complaining.
