They make specialised attachments to satisfy the need for those so inclined.
Although seriously, bugger cheap drill bits. They're either too brittle and snap, or too malleable and bend out of shape or untwist. With the hassle and wasted time of trying to get them to work it's better to just pay a bit extra for quality from the start.
You would need the Drilldo for orbital setting.
Just make sure you have the "Drilldo Attachment".
