You might be better off with an actual shower chair like this one:

Much safer than the one on your list. Also, you can have your doctor write a prescription for it since you need it because of your balance issues and have your insurance cover it. I had to go this route myself a few years ago for some of the medical equipment I use - only my physical therapist wrote the scripts for me.
