Speaking of sleep - I've heard changing your pillowcase every night can help. You could also lay down a fresh towel on your pillow at night.

Also look into vitamin E oil. Sometimes skin can get stuck in a bizarro place where it overproduces oil because at some point it dried out. The usual reaction is to try and dry out the overproduction of oil, but that backfires because your skin feels the need to produce even more. Vitamin E oil is a good way to help your skin retain moisture and heal (it can help fade scars) without too many "extras" that might worsen your acne. (NOTE: your acne may initially be slightly uncooperative, but my friend went from rosacea-level acne to virtually clear with vitamin E oil.) I've been using a product called Miracle Oil (http://www.amazon.com/Earthly-Body-Miracle-Healing-Formula/dp/B000I5IR0C) which I mix with aloe vera (for consistency, mostly) with what seem to be good results.

I've also heard some people swear by drinking apple cider vinegar. Add a bit to cold water, drink often, do this for about a week. Supposedly it can flush out your system (since zits are, in a way, your body flushing out something "ucky"). Again, initially there may be a flare up but in the long run it is (supposed) to help.

. . . That got way more involved than I intended. :x
