It's black, it's a military backpack so it's rugged. Not waterproof but water resistant. Not as tough like the Rush 24, but has a more office look to it. It's black and is made of water resistant material. It has a place for a water bottle but I'd be afraid of putting it there if you're on a motorcycle.
