> keep an empty trash bag, just poking out of the rear seat pocket.

I prefer these. Easier to grab, sturdier, and everyone recognizes them.

>And spare lightning, micro-usb, and usb-c charging cables for riders.

Highly recommend these. Keep them hidden until someone asks or they will walk.

>Windex, carpet cleaner, bottled water, in the trunk.

If you have cloth seats, this stuff dries pretty quickly (~10 mins) and has almost no lasting smell. Bottled water for you only; don't bother trying to give your passengers water/snacks. And if you have cloth seats, definitely scotchgard them; the shit's amazing. You can wipe water, beer, vomit up with just a paper towel. Scotchgard your carpet too, in addition to your factory all-weather mats.

>Seriously consider getting a dashcam. $60 for a good camera

Disagree that $60 gets you a good camera; i'd recommend spending no less than $100. It needs to operate 24/7 in any temperatures and always be reliable. Same for the microSD card; i've actually had errors and corruption from using crappy ones.
/r/dashcam for suggestions.

And your claim being denied.
