These are all the versions of the official drivers for windows 10, they should work perfectly (granted your model truly is the gt-190, and not the 190S)
Also note, that if you want to install the drivers via the DVD, you can get a USB dvd player Amazon - 23 USD -- Ebay - 13 USD.
Did the DVD come with a steam key? If so, you're probably in luck and don't have to ever use the disc. This is common nowadays.
Otherwise, you will have to buy a new key or get a DVD usb drive.
They really wont except it on a usb drive? thats crazy.
Try Staples. They have a copy and print center and Sell blank CD's, they should be able to hook you up.

If you want a cheaper laptop that still has a good display, the Acer Aspire 1 has a full 1080p display if you're okay with a slower processor. It sadly has no optical drive, but you can get an external one. It won't be very strong for video editing, but you can still try. There isn't a lot of storage, so you can get an external hard drive. It runs Windows 10 Home.
