I just recently on a whim bought this pillow off Amazon and it has seriously reduced my neck pain in the mornings. https://smile.amazon.com/Cubes-2nd-Gen-Geometric-Structure/dp/B07FTJXHP7 Its a bit pricey but definitely worth it for me as I've been on the hunt for a good one for awhile now. Obviously, pillows are something thats really subjective but it does have a reversible hard and soft side. I prefer soft!
