I love my 8qt. Here are the accessories I use the most:

  • Silicone Lid (If you make a big pot of soup, you can just throw the lid on the pot and toss it in the fridge, so handy.)

  • Replacement Sealing Rings (Helpful to have extras, especially if you make desserts and you don't want them to smell like curry.)

  • Egg Trivet (I make a lot of hard-boiled eggs and I like being able to stack them like this.)

  • Fat Daddio Cake Pans (I love using these for pot-in-pot.)
