I keep these stashed everywhere for if I ever need them, including in my bag. They're great for travel. I'm working my way up to a 20/4 IF so sometimes I need some fat ASAP!
They make macadamia nut butters in squeeze bags that are probably the easiest way to get something into your body on the move. This is their intended purpose. I have not tried either of these products, so if you do, report back please.

My research was preliminary. I have been keto for almost a year, but I only started running recently. Was just curious what was out there for when/if the time comes.
And for anyone else, one of these also comes in a glass jar, so might just be an excellent source of fat.
Fat bombs. I have a serious sweet tooth, and a sensitivity to artificial sweeteners. This is sweet, fatty, satisying. And has real sugar so I don't get sick from it. And it is individuallly portioned.
