take a look at the Fidleis CO GTG it is more on the masculine side but i think it works well for both sexs and it is certainly business professional. it has leather handle straps, with a waxed canvass/ballistic nylon shell. there are a ton of hideaway compartments etc. i wish the shoulder strap was a little thicker or had padding but i end up carrying mine by hand most of the time so it doesnt matter to me as much. i think the winner for me was the hideaway pockets on the base of the ends of the bag to stash shoes or dirty clothes/ whatever you wan to keep separate from everything else. i always hated packing up dirty gym clothes into the main compartment of my old bag after travel.
