Now that doesn't have a sub, but that's easy to add down the road, and the Fluance towers will get you quite a lot of bass until you save up for one.

Edit: didn't see the hard limit, but this falls right about at it. The Fluance, IMO, are very good for the price. While the towers don't hit super low, like I said, a good sub could be around $200 and get you a really nice experience. I've had the SX6 and I thought they were great little bookshelves for under $150. The Denon will do room correction and get the most bass out of the towers until you decide you need a sub.

Polk Audio PSW505 - Research suggests this is more than enough for 13x13. Can the room handle a second woofer?

The subwoofers on both the bundles you listed aren’t good, especially the Polk sub. So run a 5.0 setup and save up more for a good subwoofer like an SVS PB1000.
