You add hot water, and whatever salts you want, I recommend Himalayan salt and it exfoliates it. Another thing that I have tried for my girlfriend is going to the beach and rubbing her feet with sand and some red clay. Sand will work just fine. After I rubbed her feet with that for about 20 minutes, they felt like baby butts. They also get very sensitive after, since it’s a whole new layer of new skin so beware of that.
