Lens itself:
-Cleaned
-Polished to near mirror finish
-Relubricated

Adapter:
-Shaved off metal tab inside that prevented the insertion of the lens (took 4 hours to shave off 1mm all around the tab inside the adapter with a pair of scissors)
-De-anodized (removed color from the anodized aluminum)
