    Features:
  • TOP QUALITY RASPBERRY RED LEAF - Frontier Co-op Organic Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus L.) is a pleasant-tasting, caffeine-free herb commonly used in teas and DIY herbal body care items and products.
  • REFRESHING - Our non-irradiated, fresh raspberry leaves combine with other kinds of herbs to provide a flavorful boost to beverages. Raspberry carries tannins that contribute to the slightly-acidic note of this flavorful herb.
  • FRUITY, EARTHY TASTE - Despite what the name would suggest, red raspberry leaves don’t taste like raspberry at all. Their flavor is more akin to a fruity, black tea that has a similar flavor to Earl Grey. Red raspberry leaves are sweeter and bolder than leaves used in other teas.
  • SUSTAINABLY GROWN IN BULGARIA - Our Bulgarian farmers remove the young and vibrant leaves from the cane, wash and dry them thoroughly, and process them for a high-quality blend that provides superior flavor. These leaves are 100% certified organic, kosher certified, and non-irradiated.
  • ABOUT US - Owned by stores and organizations that buy and sell our products, Frontier Co-op has been a member-owned cooperative since 1976. We support natural living and our products are never irradiated or treated with ETO. We’re committed to the health and welfare of the environment and everyone producing and consuming our botanical products.

Avoid added sugars. You want your body burning lean and clean, and sugar is just empty calories with no nutritional benefit. Read the ingredients: does it contain high fructose corn syrup? Read the nutritional facts: is the "added sugars" entry in the double digits? If the answer to either of these questions is "yes," just don't. Reducing sugar consumption is the place to start.

I could say, if it helps you get through the day, I could say, maybe just a little to treat yourself. This regimen is goal oriented, this is not a walk in the park, no half measures. You can either do the work and reach your goals or you can waste your time deluding yourself that you and you alone are able to defeat basic chemistry and biology and spin your wheels wondering why nothing is working. Increasing sugar intake leads to body weight gain, and sugar reduction leads to body weight loss, flat out.

You know what I love? Herbal tea! I buy bulk loose hibiscus, that shit's delicious and healthy! I drink it hot, people tell me they love it cold, you really can't go wrong! I make another blend, peppermint, raspberry leaf, and chamomile. Also, fucking delicious! And I don't add a single thing to it, no sugar no dairy, just hot water and plants.

> gs per gallon of water. I'm doing it again this time and my second ferment I'm mixing a couple bottles with ginger and a few more with strawberries to liven it up, though it was awesome without.

Oh that sounds nice and cheap! Is it organic?

As for the flavors - I found Amazon has some great stuff in terms of herbs. I'm sharing in case you or anyone else is interested:

I highly recommend red raspberry leaf tea, I get mine here. It essentially makes life feel normal during that time of the month, at least in my experience.
