I recently purchased these off of Amazon. I got them more as protection, since my nipples really only show right now through very thin shirts, but they were getting sensitive enough that thicker shirts like the ones I wear at work would really zing when the shirt would move around too much.
However, I was recommended these because they're both comfy and hide developing breasts well, so they should be perfect for what you need.

Im a fan of these. Not a ton of support if youre big or do high impact. But for lifting i find them super comfortable. They come in racerback too
