The issue we have had in repair with Hoover is waiting for the parts if they are even available. Ive seen people need to junk their Hoovers because we could not get parts for them and they were less than a year old. We have had better luck getting parts for Bissell.

We sell alot of these from our shop and have good reviews. Ya can get them from us but we are in Canada, since i saw you would like to support local. Which is great, you should always hit up the local Vac shop if you need a Vac.
