there are high-end umbrellas like Davek, but I find most really boring looking. I like to get umbrellas with some pretty color/design on them, like a blue sky inside the umbrella, water lilies, polka dots, etc. a lot of museum stores have them, and quality is still good.

the one I got here is a big yellow sunflower, with petaled edges, a wooden automatic handle, and it's been really sturdy so far. I love using it =)
