You can get a pair of generics for $19 on Amazon (they work just as good as the originals). You're better off unscrewing the controller yourself and diagnosing/fixing than paying someone to. Controllers are relatively simple devices and easy to fix. It's either a corroded contact on the board, or dust/dirt obstructing buttons or the D-PAD.

Neither. Both of those are "GameCube Pro" controllers and feature digital triggers.
I mean actual, port and all GameCube controllers. Nintendo has re-released Smash Bros branded editions for each new Smash Bros game. Although, Brawls white controllers were limited to Nintendo Club Japan. They are the only ones to feature analog triggers.
Chinese knock off devices like these would also have them, and should work via a Switch-GameCube adapter.
While I don't think a USB controller would work for the Wii, perhaps these would work? They are half the price of the Hori Battle Pads (including that they are a two-pack), and will plug into your GC port.
I'm pretty sure I bought these. Would not recommend lol

I currently use these and they work great, and are super cheap (20$ for the two pack)
