May I recommend GIC? Its free, open source, and should do exactly what you are looking for. It's available on Amazon app store and google play (or Github if you want to compile yourself!)
I don't know how to share a link from the amazon app store on my phone since I'm not using that store - once home and off the bus I'll try and edit this with the direct link, but just search for "gaming interface client". If you need any assistance I'm the author and I'm here to answer any questions. It's new so still a bit rough but I'm actively working on it - customized buttons is next on my list, then fonts and sharing the screens you create after that.
