I used this kit from evidence audio.
Pros: once you get the hang of it, it's easy to make the cables and I haven't had a cable go bad in the 2-3 years that i've had them. Look up reviews on youtube too to confirm this. You can also make cables to whatever lengths you want.

Cons: Pretty freakin' expensive, but kind of a buy once, cry once type deal with these I suppose... And they're essentially a custom solution.
