This is a decent Upscaler for it's price:

The best upscalers can cost upwardds of 300 dollars, but will have zero latency and accuratley reproduce every pixel including the CRT granularity. Most sprite art of the time took into consideration the natural crossover of the colors between the pixels in a CRT display, and reproducing this effect accuratley isn't really possible until you get a little bit past 4k resolution. Some upscalers provide a reasonable approximation at 1080p however.

Finding a copy of FF6 is more challenging, just google it and shop around. Reproduction sellers tend to come and go alot since it's usually a hobby more than a business. You might be able to get an original cartridge for less than a reproduction, but it's unlikely.
Alternatively you can also look into flash carts, or if you're more technically minded, making your own reproductions:

It's worth it to spring for a genuine SNES rather than one of the knockoffs, It should run somewhere between 60 and 100 USD depending on condition, whether or not it's refurbished, and shipping.

I strongly Recomend Emulation if your not already into retro gaming.
