I can't find the exact PC model but this is very similar.

This is my wheel.

Not the best setup, but I race at 55 FPS on the next to lowest graphics setting. I have a decent purchasing plan to improve all this over the next few years.

I use this one:

While the deadzone is shit, yeah 90 degrees is just fine.

Found two wheels that don't hurt the wallet very much and I wouldn't have to wait that long to get, wondering what your opinions are on them.

Yes, I know they are super basic, but still wondering which you guys would pick. I know there's more options out there, but this was a quick search.

Thinking of this one as it meets all my expectations but it is a little older http://www.amazon.com/Genius-TwinWheel-F1-Vibration-Wheel/dp/B000ODVKUC/ref=cm_cd_ql_qh_dp_i

What about this one? It has decent reviews for the price.

Thanks for the info - though currently sitting at $150 on Amazon, I think I'd spring the extra given currently prices. I'll keep an eye out for a deal though. Currently watching the Genius TwinWheel F1 since posting this, around $47 right now but seems to routinely dip down to the $35-40 range.

Comparatively awful I'm sure, but it might fit my needs.

You can spend $90 on a Hotas and Wheel. They don't have to be top of the line to greatly increase immersion. Sure. I'm like to have $500 to spend on two input devices. But, until I will the lottery I will take 80% improvement I can afford over 100% improvement I can't afford. When your ship comes in you can sell them on Ebay for $60 and you are only out $20-30 for greatly improved immersion and control. The reviews on the Hotas are outstanding. The wheel is pretty weak (though taking out negative reviews from people who didn't understand you get what you pay for they are pretty good.) But, I guarantee that wheel is streets ahead of an XBOX controller.

I'm playing on a Genius Twinwheel F1 (http://www.amazon.com/Genius-TwinWheel-F1-Vibration-Wheel/dp/B000ODVKUC/), it was the cheapest wheel I could find that wasn't total trash.

It isn't a "real" wheel for sure; it's pretty small and only turns 180 degrees. But I like playing with it and it could be a good low-risk way to decide if you want to move up to a better wheel, which is what I'm thinking of doing right now.

If you do end up getting that wheel I could send you the settings I'm using for it, it took a bit of trial and error to get it dialed in.

The more I think about iRacing, the more I want to do it. The only thing that stops me is the racing wheel. I'm not big on shelling out over $100 on a wheel. Saw one particular wheel that was $40 on Amazon that caught my eye, though.
