OP, I don't know where you got this joke, but I can only assume that it came from a book.
I have never heard or seen this joke outside of that book.
I have no idea what it's called because I used to own it whenever I was way younger and I don't remember the title.
It had filthy jokes in it as well as illustrations. This joke was one of the ones illustrated.
If anyone could help me find this book you would be helping me in ways you'd never understand. This joke book was a huge factor in my childhood on the same level as MAD Magazines.
