Sure, you should have received a flat and curved adhesive mount in the box with the camera. However, if you lost/threw them out, you can pick them up in the GoPro Grab bag, which also includes ome other pretty useful spares. The other part I mentioned is the "ball joint buckle" with is called the "swivel mount" in some places as well.

GoPro's pictures of it are pure trash and don't illustrate how it works, but you can see how some other riders are using it in the reviews.

The new official replacement for the J-hook is way better and you will get better flush mounting.

Refer to the item on the upper left corner of the GoPro Grab Bag - that's the one you want to get.

Also my first Coachella with my Hero 6!

I'm outfitting my Hero 6 with a 128GB Samsung MicroSD card.

For power, I'm bringing in two precharged spare batteries for a total of 3 batteries.

For my grip, I'm bringing in the handler as my grip. I thought about the Karma grip but it's kinda expensive and won't last the whole day in the fest; I also don't know how I would store it. What's important here is that you can't bring a grip that extends like a selfie-stick, those are banned from the grounds. If you have a hard time, kindly explain to the security guard that the grip doesn't extend and is fixed at 6-inches. I had a friend go to W1 last year with a Karma grip and she just explained that it didn't extend so she was good.

Since I'm bringing in a CamelBak, I wanted somewhere to place the GoPro when it's not on the grip and without having to worry about pickpocketers. I tried out several backpack clips like this one or this one but I essentially decided that I wanted to make sure it would quick-release to the grip for easy transitions. The clip that did have that feature broke pretty quickly so I'm going to try out this one and give it a shot with some velcro. It seems pretty sturdy. To get the camera fully upright, you're going to need a j-hook mount or a raised mount like the one included in the official mount set.

The alternative to any backpack solution is just unclip the GoPro into a fanny pack or a front pocket for safe keeping and store the grip into a backpack.

This kit, one of these, and one of these. That should have you covered.

Also, the dude in the video is a jackass for not including product links...

The cockpit already had mounts from before so I was able to use that, also had a GoPro Head strap.

Using the GoPro app for my phone made it easy to see what the camera was seeing.

The drum mount had the arm I needed to get out in front of the chin, the three-way articulated elbow thingy..as it both bends and rotates....and the smaller thumb screws...

the other had the curve sticky mount and taller mount shoe to allow the arm to lay flatter against the helmet.

The Bluetooth is

I love the Bluetooth . It gets loud enough to hurt your ears without distortion.
The mics do well enough considering the following helmet info below....
The buttons are big and dumb and easy to use and the app has some neat features...like equalizer adj....
It does have this " gestures" feature ..like you wave your hands around certain ways and it does " things" .... I had to turn that off In the app almost immediately.
I actually noticed it because there is an IR emitter on the lower portion below the buttons that I noticed while taking a picture..but then a couple days later while riding it was randomly doing "things"... Like stopping the music or changing the volume... It took me a couple miles to figure out what the hell was going on...That s*** had to go!
Though maybe I'll jack with it later and try to embrace it It might have some adjustments.. I haven't looked...

The helmet honestly is a cheapo from cycle gear, they have retail location here in Sanjose area.

"SEDICI " brand

It was on sale.. I think I paid like 100$
I really kinda wish I had been more patient and spent 100$ more. But it gets the job done.

And to be honest ...the lense hinge system sucks and it's windy AF from under the chin ..

I did fab up a custom chin skirt that helps a little... by cutting the side out of the "sock" the helmet came in...adding some bungee shoelace and just stapling it to the back of the helmet chin foam piece.. with a regular ass desk stapler.

I intentionally left slack in the cloth because the bungee cord tightens it up under my chin. And basically so you can get your head in..

http://imgur.com/a/1HDmbE7

but anything over 50mph is loud but tolerable....even enough to fight through a quick phone call, maybe....., 80mph is ...just forget music..

I'd imagine it wouldn't be so bad with a windshield to blow the wind over the top a little better. Even a KLR or CBR might divert enough wind.

It did have a Moto style visor that I took off because it caught wind.... But I might put it back as it seemed The lens operated better that way... Like you know when you turn your head and your lens flips up!!wtf!?!

To be fair I think it's just simply not designed for road use..it would be plenty fine off road or At least no highway...
So sad cause it is actually pretty comfortable.

I have other helmets in Georgia as I also have other bikes.
but, I'm on the other side of the country and when I got the bike...I needed to ride this damn thing like right now!!!

Lesson learned!

Also if you're looking for "stuff to do"
Cycle gear has a USB adapter that plugs right into the "battery tender" pigtail you prob already have...
Battery tender has one also but it's just a little brick...this one has a long enough whip to make from the battery up to the tripletree. After that any ol' USB cable for your phone..
between that and the ram mount.... definitely a must...
