For car seats we're looking to get this for general use and this one to grow into and keep in one of the cars.
For strollers we've decided on this one after going to the store and looking at a few different ones.
The infant seat fits into the stroller, so we'll be able to use those together until the baby is big enough to get out of the infant seat.

I originally spent big bucks on the Britax B-Agile/B-Safe travel system and felt like it was overpriced for the quality and overhyped here. Turns out convertible seats are also for newborns, I didn't learn that the first time. I guess I assumed there was like a 20+ pound minimum. Nope, as soon as they weigh enough to leave the hospital, you can put them in a convertible seat. I will miss the convenience of clicking the infant seat into the base, but I have an ergo carrier, so I can just use that for running errands.
