I got this one, the route+

It does come with an adapter so you can plug it into the dock. I’ve tried with my non low latency Sony noise cancelling headphones and it works well, pairs easily. I checked in lip sync scenes like the telltale Batman game and Wolfenstein and the sound does match up with the animation, but in other games it feels like there’s a very minor lag, like 0.5 sec or less. Probably has more to do with the headphones since they’re not the low latency kind. The nice thing is, I use the skull and co grip and the adapter has an extended usb connector so you can use it while having the case on.

Edit: should also point out I did use the charge pass through just fine, did not brick my switch. Used official charger.

The Gulikit works great for me.

Sure. Thing is tho I used a scissor to alter the bottom of the S&C grip case. If you look on the back of grip going about an inch up from bottom and mostly thru middle of the back of case from side to side there is an indent that surrounds the open plug on bottom of Switch. I cut using that line. Has no impact on stability of case. But now I can use any adapter I want.

First I bought this one which works just fine: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07L9V1FCF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I also bought this one and am waiting for it to arrive: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G49WFVK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I bought the second one because it has an elongated stem which could help with other cases I have so that I wouldn't have to alter the other cases in any way. I'll see which one I lie better and return the one I decide to not use

No it’s the Gulikit Route + It has pass through charging and it’s profile is much larger than the new one.

The title of your post mentions Bluetooth headphones. It is not currently possible to connect Bluetooth headphones directly to the Switch but there are some dongles on the market that provide a workable solution with even multiplayer support.

I just picked up a switch compatible usb-a bluetooth adapter I plan to use while docked. There are a few usb-a options and tons of usb-c options that work with the switch for bluetooth headphone support.

This was the smallest usb-a adapter I could find with switch support that I ordered earlier today

Creative usb-a

There's plenty of other options via usb-c, some with their own usb-c port so that you can use the bluetooth adapter and still charge the switch and others that are smaller but without that feature. With these you can always pick up a usb-c to usb-a adapter for a few dollars to use with the dock too. Some even include a usb-c to usb-a adapter.
