I have this one. There’s no charging pass through but it is the smallest profile for an adapter that I have ever seen.
If you look at the spec sheet Bluetooth codecs are in English so yeah it’s a Bluetooth dongle. If you’re looking for a good Bluetooth dongle I recommend this one:

EDIT: This adapter apparently requires modification to work with the switch lite, but there are others.
I’m assuming they’re Bluetooth so you’ll be wanting this so you can connect via handheld and docked mode.
