I use my PC as an internet TV, I love it. I use Windows Media Center with a remote as well as a Gyro Mouse and wireless keyboard. The Media Center wireless keyboard has everything you need (same buttons as the remote, keyboard, and a joystick mouse) but I also have the remote because it is less bulky and is all you need for normal use and the gyro air mouse because it is easier to use than the joystick on the keyboard but technically, all you need is the keyboard.
