Amazon.com has good quality ones by Hadley-Roma, like this one which is in brushed steel.
A cheaper alternative is Modena, but I can't really tell you much about quality as I've never had one.
The only reason I bought the H-R one is because I found a deal on a new one for $20 on a different site. Unfortunately, they are now sold out.

Nice watch! I'm sure Citizen's bands are fine. Deployment clasps can extend the life of your leather band (and they're kind of cool.)
If you want a more customized look, maybe something like this bomber jacket strap for your watch. I also like crocodile, but it's fairly expensive for a strap.
Otherwise, just sort by 22mm straps for your watch; Amazon is good for this, too.
