I don't know of one that specifically warns of the door opening, but you could use Belkin's wemo motion sensor and have a motion sensor inside the door. You'd get a push message on your phone indicating there was motion. It's usually instant but there have been occasions when it's delayed.
I've got one like that setup at my house and it's setup to turn on a wemo plug which then powers up my dropcam so I can see why there's motion in my house.

Also this item works where when the door opens a chime is let out. the two magnets line up and as long as they are side by side nothing happens but when they are separated it makes a sound.
