Thanks for the recommendation!! I didn't realize there were so many options out there. I use a diva cup and unfortunately have very heavy periods (my heaviest days usually measure 80-100ml, the heaviest ever being 120ml!). I accept it, but I struggle to keep up with emptying my cup due to the nature of my work. So I end up leaking often and have used pads as backup, and end up with rashes from the trapped moisture/heat, not to mention all the ruined underwear and sheets and even leaks onto chairs/couches/etc.

I checked out 4period, but saw a review of someone breaking out from the heat/moisture. I'm looking at Hesla right now with all of its great reviews (https://www.amazon.com/Hesta-Menstrual-Sanitary-Protective-Underwear/dp/B01MS6KZOC/ref=pd_sim_193_4?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B01MS6KZOC&pd_rd_r=TEXVH124A176PYPE7PA2&pd_rd_w=jLlVJ&pd_rd_wg=c69ts&psc=1&refRID=TEXVH124A176PYPE7PA2), but the price for the 3-pack in Amazon Canada is twice as much as the US (once the currency is converted!)
