They are really delicious [I'm partial to the grapefruit myself] and have no calories. It's basically flavored caffeinated sparkling water. Some of them do have some sugar, but look a the label. I also feel like it is the most even caffeine. Coffee makes me jittery. I have it & then feel like I've got the shakes afterwards too. This is a good boost.
I enjoy Hi*Ball Energy Sparkling Energy Water for my carbonation fix.
