As a mechanic I can tell you lots of things get in eyes around safety glasses when working under vehicles. Also lots of manufacturing jobs that have grinding equipment would need eyewash stations. Any place that sells or works on vehicle batteries need one at all times. Just a few places that I have worked, I am sure hundreds more exist. Most local places don't use plumbed in eyewash anymore due to the potential for rusted pipes and other contamination.
