I’d recommend getting a refund. That pc is several years old and is not suitable for gaming. Get something similar in specs to this It should be good for your son to play Fortnite and is somewhat recent. I’m not sure what your budget is but this is one of the cheapest modern ones I could find

The CPU on that one is really bad, this is a much better version with a new Ryzen CPU.
Here ya go, buddy!
HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop Computer
The RX 550 is like 300% faster. On CS:GO, you'll get over 110 FPS average with max settings, which is more than enough to max out a 60 or 75hz monitor :) The 710 averages around 30 FPS.
If you want to BUILD One, go to PC part picker or Newegg or something. If you're looking for a pre built rig, the HP Pavilion is (in my opinion) the best value for your price range. It's not the ultimate gaming machine but it'll run most stuff pretty well. It's pretty small and there's not a lot of room for new parts, when I worked on mine it took a lot of tweaking to get stuff working right, but I like it. https://www.amazon.com/HP-Pavilion-Desktop-Computer-690-0010/dp/B07BHXTGS8/ref=asc_df_B07BHXTGS8/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=319955522114&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=13026218277951501401&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1027519&hvtargid=pla-613701238065&psc=1

has a good entry level quad core processor from AMD, and a dedicated GPU that should be able to handle minecraft with ease.
Got my 11 year old This HP Prebuilt (or one very similar) for Christmas. Think it was around $500 at the time. She is able to play anything at max graphics. It also works well for all of her school work.
I preferred to build, but the price point for what's included made it a better option for us. Seems to have pretty decent specs for the price.
What about something like this I saw it at Walmart but wasn't sure

Here's one. USA, however, I am not sure if such builds are available where you are at
