Quick blind GM story. I think it was 2 PAX Primes ago, we were playing D&D NEXT beta and the convention obviously supplies it's own DMs from WOTC. We were playing these little like 1hr 1-shots. Our DM we quickly realized was blind. He had a device attached to his laptop that spits out braile (example). We were also playing with minis on a grid and he didn't have much issue moving the mini's around and whatnot by feel, he did have to ask us to make sure things were setup correctly, but he was a very, very capable DM in my opinion.
