I have the iBaby Monitor. It sends the audio/video to your smart phone or tablet and also has an option to send notifications for movement and sound. You can set the sensitivity for movement and then have it set off an alarm when it detects movement or even just send you a push notification. I ended up turning off the notifications for movement because my daughter moves a lot without waking, but it sounds like it may be a useful feature for your situation.
