Definitely the LED strips, not as hard as you would think if you are somewhat handy and definitely fixable. Watch YouTube videos and order new strips off eBay or shopjimmy.com (just enter model #). I also got these (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074BVVPVX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_Hka4Db6K3HSXY) to help lift the screen off since that is the trickiest part. Good luck!
