Each wall, bottom and top was separately printed then glued with an epoxy. This was made with 6 separate prints using PLA plastics. Total print time was about 6 1/2 hours.

I used parts that I had from my last enail project over a year ago. I know there are superior components such as connectors (XLR), and PID controllers. However I haven't had any issues with these in over a year with thousands of hours on these components.

I went ahead and shared the model files here if you wish to start printing your own. Included are the STL models for slicing and Sketchup models if you want to modify your own.

I was thinking something like this to get the power in the backside.

I think that the unit will be plenty long to mount in the collar. It's like 3-4" long, similar to the 4" shanks I'm using.

Dont open a power supply if you dont know exactly what you are doing!!! The capacitors can carry a heavy charge for quiet a while and can kill or seriously hurt you. With that said, how myself I have seen many others do is to use a C-14 adapter mounted to the back of the cab, then on the inside of the cab, cut off the plug end of a power strip and connect the leads to the C-14 either with solder or quick disconnects. That way you have a modular power plug for your cab plus everything plugs into the power strip.

Here you go. I built an STC-1000 a few weeks ago and used this for power input to the box.

I also used a mono stereo input on the box for the temp probe and soldered a mono headphone plug onto the end of the temp probe lead. Works great!
