I just like a classic look (not to be confused with minimalist, Skagen'esque) :( I don't like those watches you posted. This would be as ornate as I go, just did a quick amazon search for "Rolex". I like very few Rolexes.
What's your maximum budget ?
A dress watch should be thin (fit comfortably under a cuff) and have minimal complications (no chronographs) so yes a minimal busyness on the face
This Invicta may be your best bet if you're operating under $100 however Invicta do have a little bit of a bad reputation around theses parts
However for the price it really is hard to beat
