Anything by Anker is great. I got this one, but they have many different models.
EDIT: If you're looking for something more portable, this would do the trick.
I haven't tried it with a S3, but the Anker chargers are easily the best you can get, I have a 5 port unit that I use to charge other Atom tablets along with phones and other USB devices.
They do have some that support QC 2.0

I want to buy a portable wall charger with multiple ports that will be able to charge my Switch while playing Zelda. This is more complicated than I expected.
From what I've gathered, the console’s AC adapter is 15V @ 2.6A, or 39 Watts.
