I killed multiple $50 pairs of headphones sweating in to them before getting some Jaybirds which I've had now for three seasons of winter training and a lot of travel too. You can get the same ones I have on Amazon for around $80 right now, and the X2s as well.
According to camelcamelcamel these jaybirds are the cheapest they've ever been right now on Amazon. 79.99$
These are a little out of the price range you wanted, but you can get the Jaybird X2's from amazon for 79.99. They're great, and the two other colors are currently selling for 149.99. If you have a little wiggle room, they're worth considering.

Only the orange ones have the best price but I'd say its pretty worth since they're brand new + almost 50% off. I'm not sure if they ship to Canada but if you could get that to happen I'd say its a great deal~
I have these, slightly over budget but they have a good fit and good sound. connecting them is super easy as well
